  • You will need to adjust your TV's power saving setting.

    Settings (gear icon) > Sleep TImer > Off


    LG TV:

    General > Power Saving Mode > HDD Power Saving Mode > Off

    General > Additional Settings
    • Screen Saver > Off
    • No Signal Image > Off

    General > Timers > 2 Hours Auto Power Off > Off

    TCL:

    Home > Settings > System > Time > Sleep Timer (Off)

    Amazon Fire TV:

    Home > Settings > Preferences > Data Usage Monitoring > Still Watching > Off

  • Please power cycle your smart TV stick.

    Press and hold the center navigation button and play/pause button at the same time for 10 seconds.

  • This indicates that the browser was unable to load the YouTube page due to a connection reset. The specific code net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET means that the connection between the client (your computer) and the server (YouTube) was abruptly closed. This is often due to network issues.

    Provide us with the IP address or MAC address of your TV using the Video Loop Request Form.

  • Please submit a ticket using the Video Loop Request Form if you do not see your location below. Make sure to use a hyphen if your location name is two seperate words (ex. san-antonio).

  • You can hide your smart TVs navigation bar by pressing a button on your remote with three lines twice. For other TVs you may need to change this in your settings.

  • You will need to adjust your TVs region settings.

    Settings (gear icon) > Date and Time > Select your date and time

  • By default each line will be pasted into a different cell. To avoid this, click on the fx symbol and then paste your text.

  • Press alt + enter to add a space.

  • Press any button on your TV remote to wake your Smart TV.

  • If you are looking to purchase a new TV we recommend buying a Samsung or LG Smart TV with an internet browser. Please reach out to us if you have any questions using the request form below.

  • It can take up to 8 minutes for announcements to update. If it has been more than 8 minutes please fill out the request form below.

  • If you are on an Amazon Fire TV using the Silk Web Browser do the following.

    Home > Options > Calibrate Screen Size > Use the up and down arrows to change the size > select "Accept"

  • Power cycle your mini-PC. Turn it off and then back on.

  • General announcements are included in both English and Spanish. Languages appear how they are entered in the Excel announcement document for your location. For example, if an Excel cell is in Spanish or Vietnamese those languages will be reflected on the TV.

  • Press the home button on the video loop smart TV remote. Then navigate to the video loop app.
